She was predeceased by: her parents, C. D. Duke and Julia "Elliott" Duke; her children, Shirley Kirt, Mary Peek, James Peek, David Peek and Carolyn Peek; and her siblings, Wyanetta Duke, Leon Duke and Georgie Duke.
She is survived by: her husband George Peek; and her brother Dillard Duke. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
