He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elliott and Eva Lena Elliott; his siblings, Cleo Elliott, Joe Elliott, Jeneitta Baker, Ruby Dempsey, Mildred Anderson, Annie Jones, Hazel Elliott and Phoebe Elliott; and his grandson Daniel Wayne.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Tom Smiths; his wife Lois Jean Elliott; his children, Donnie Elliott, Debbie Sawyer (Don), Brenda Elliott (Don), Tammy Holman (Mike), Tim Elliott (Shelley), Laretha Hulse (Kevin) and Jon Elliott; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Smith (Mary), Wayne Smith, Tom Smith (Vickie), James Dempsey, Frank Baker and Sandy Devosha (Bernie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
