He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joann; his parents, David Plumlee and Ethel Plumlee; his siblings, Phillip, Alfred, Dorothy Preussner, Elsie Garbaldi, Georgia Logan, Linnie Smith and Irene Davidson; his children, Wanda Quibell of Blue Springs, MO and David Wayne Plumlee (Bretta Plumlee); his granddaughters, Crystal Pisano (Rob), Las Vegas and Ashley Caselman (Adam); and his great grandchildren, James and Leo of Grain Valley, MO.. He was also cherished by Many nephews, nieces and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Missouri Veterans Home-Canteen and can be left in care of the funeral home.
