He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alto Walters and Idaleen Walters (Cole) of Lowry City, MO.; his wife Shirley Walters (Wetzel); his children, Jeff, Randy and Diane Walters; and his brothers, Shirley McCoy and Larry (Steve Walters). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, twelve great grand children as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
