He is survived by : his children, Lloyd Jr., Howard Gordon, Tommy Gordon, Scotty Gordon of Clinton, Janie "Marti" Cowan of Clinton and Rita Allen of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Roy Johnson Jr., Angie Burns (Trace) of Clinton, Amanda Sergeant (Adam) of Emporia, Gene Cowan of Clinton, Jeffery Cowan (Nicole) of South Carolina, Timothy Wheeler of St. Louis, Clayton Wheeler of Kansas City, Ashley Mittenburg of Clinton, Amber Gordon of Clinton and Scott Gordon Jr. of Springfield; his brothers, Bill Gordon (Jessie) of Sugar Creek and John Gordon (Gail) of Harrisonville; and also, Tommy, Howard and Scotty. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
