He was predeceased by: his son Jedediah; and his siblings, David and Juilie. He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lynn; his children, Michael George Simmons, Jr. (Jennifer) and Jeremiah James Simmons (LeTisha); and his grandchildren, Nehemiah, Faith, Serenity, MicKenzie, Jaxon and Guillianna.
