He was predeceased by: his wife Geneva; his daughter Cindia Higney (Shulse); and his sister Pauline Shulse. He is survived by: his son Donn Shulse; his grandchildren, Jon Foster, Rebecca Foster and Taylor Shulse; and his great grandchildren, Sara Foster and Sydnie Foster.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Urich American Legion or the charity of one's choice left in the care of Consalus Funeral Home, 209 South 2nd Street, Clinton, MO 64735.
