He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Riley Jones and Eva Jewel Jones; and his siblings, Glen Jones, Estes Baumgarden, Wilma Jean Williams and Peggy Jones.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Ray Jones of Clinton, Darrell Jones (Connie) of Clinton and Arlene Landon of Bolivar; his children, Christy Posey (Dennis) and Michelle Jones; and his grandchildren, Trampas Posey (Rachel) of Ava, Jessica Boyd (Oran) of Ava, Becky Heinlein (Matt) of Ava and Paige McNabb.
