With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Nelson Eacret of Coffey, Missouri, born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 24, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Eacret and Rachel Eacret (Stone); his sister Anna Lee Eacret; his former wife Janet Eacret; his stepmother Betty Lou Eacret; and his great great grandchild Alexander Marr.
He is survived by: his wife Joan A. Hughes; his daughters, Shelly Eacret Wilkerson of Liberty, MO, Stacy Masoner of Smithville, MO and Tonya Yocum of Holt, MO; his stepchildren, Christine Marr Newsom (Richard) of Platte City, MO, Angela Marr Determan of Camanche, IA and Gary Lee Marr, Jr. (Cindy); his siblings, Barbara Helegart and Earnest Eacret; his half-sister Sheryl; his grandchildren, Derrek Wilkerson, Kelsi Salsbury, Natasha Weddle, Daunte Winston, Chance and Cody Masoner; and his great grandchildren, Khia and Kace. He is also survived by 11 step grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; 1 step great-great grandchild; 11 nieces and 7 nephews.
