He is survived by : his brother Tom (Connie) of Osceola, Missouri; his nephew Kevin Chapman (Carrie) of Springfield, Missouri; and his niece Kim Wheeler (Steve) of Osceola. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, plus one great-great nephew.
