He was predeceased by : his parents, Olive Hines and Evelyn Sample Hines; his wife Christine Parker; his sister Marie Hockman; and his daughter Lisa Salmon.
He is survived by : his granddaughters, Jordan Lee and Melaina Christine; his daughter LeAnne Salmon (Terry) of Creighton; his granddaughters, Jordan Salmon and Melaina Salmon of Peculiar, MO; his brother Donald Hines of Houston, MO; his brothers-in-law, Robert Parker (Shirley) of Prosser, WA and Dwain Hockman (Patty) of Mountain View, MO; and his daughters, Paula Mueller, Teresa Duncan and Diana DeWitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
