She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer A. Kloeppel and Sharon K. Kloeppel (Wilkes); and her brother Robert Kloeppel. She is survived by : her niece Michele Ramirez; her husband Stacey Shelton; her children, Eric Waters and Jordan Waters of Macks Creek; her stepdaughter Brittany Shelton; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Pauletta Kloeppel; her sister Karen; her brother-in-law David May; and her grandchildren, Braelynn and Harleigh. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
