It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orville Lee Blackwood of Crocker, Missouri, born in Temple, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Bigus and Jimmie Lou Bigus (Allen); his wife Shirley Jean Simpson; his daughter Lora Lee Blackwood; and his sisters, Connie Bigus and Joann Blackwood Riddle.

He is survived by : his son Scotty Blackwood (Virginia) of Crocker; his brother Randy (Amy) of Tennessee; and his nieces, Linda Wilson (Bryan), Bobbie Hash (Curtis) and Lebanon. He is also survived by one nephew and many great nieces and nephews.
