He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lewis and Minnie Lewis (Palmer); and his brother Rudy Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Ronald Lewis of Cuba, Missouri; and his sibling's children, Ronald Lewis, Jr. of St. Louis, Michael (Ashley DeFilippo) of Madison, Illinois and Andrea Warden of DeSoto, Missouri. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
