Etzenhouser, Jr. (Angela Etzenhouser) of Platte City, Missouri, Pamela Jane Stallard of Plattsburg and Jennifer Anne Reeter (Eric) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his sister Joyce McCollum (Marty) of Independence, Missouri; and his stepsister Chari King of Washington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
