He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer West and Ola West; his spouse Eveleen "Evie" Swedholm Goewert; and his sister Camille. He is survived by: his children, Karen Goewert of St. Claire, MO, Marla Wolfmeier (Rich) of Cedar Hill, MO, Jeff West (September) of Midlothian, TX, Steven West (Rhonda) of Defiance, MO, Kurt Goewert (Joanne) of Neosho, MO, Karl Goewert of Springfield, MO and Keith Goewert (Michelle) of St. Claire, MO. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
