He is survived by : his wife Kathryn; his children, Joseph (Nina), Kathryn Buchholz (Jason), Thomas (Colleen) and Margaret Markel (Tony); his grandchildren, Heidi Zeigler, Kate, Connor Buchholz, Joey, Tommy, Danielle Zeigler, Kyle, Andrew and Gretchen Markel; and his brother James Zeigler.
