She was predeceased by: her parents, T. J. LaBrot and May LaBrot (Smallen); her husband Ronald Cook; and her brothers, Glendal LaBrot and Pete LaBrot.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Cook (Carol), Carolyn Minks (Matthew) and Scott Cook; her grandchildren, Kelly Cook (Mike Jones), Brian McGrael (Teresa), Chrysten Whaley (Kyle), Joshua Cook (Katie), Amanda Reece, Mindy Schelsky (J. D.), Jeremy Minks (Tracee), Kenny Gann (Becca) and Corey McGrael (Amber); and her sister Shirley Walker. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
