She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershal Parks and Nell Parks (Gardner); her husband Jack Farley; and her son David Farley. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Hernandez (Gustavo); her grandchildren, Maggie, Isabella, Alexa, Gavyn, Heather, Hannah and Bradley; and her siblings, Mimi Bray, Carol Mudge and Larry Parks (Terri). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
