He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper Pennington and Nina Henson Pennington; and his siblings, Jerry Pennington and Delores Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Randy Pennington (Wilma) of Dexter and Bryan Pennington (Cindy) of Dexter, Missouri; his siblings, Bill Pennington (Christine) of Dexter, Missouri, Glenda Foreman (John) of Pooler and Darlene Pennington of Puxico, Missouri; his grandchildren, Stacey Norman (Will Frame), Bryan Pennington, Seth Pennington, Courtney Tidwell (Matt), Courtney Starnes (Josh) and Megan Sandage (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Michelle Reeves (Trey Benson), Emma Pennington, Bentley Pennington, Brynn Pennington, Blake Norman, Sloan Pennington, Shailyn Sandage, Logan Tidwell, Kaiden Sandage, Hadley Stearns, Ridge Stearns, Brooklynn Tidwell and Hunter Frame; and his grandchild Maddie Benson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home - Dexter (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
