He was predeceased by: his parent William Opal. He is survived by: his parent Lavern Louise Casey Triplett; his sister Helen Casey Baker of Dexter; and his nieces, Monica Houchins (Frankie) of Dexter, Valerie Keeton of Sikeston and Amber Johnson.
