He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary Jarrett of Bernie; his children, Jennifer Stoker of Bloomfield, Vicki Chaligoj Bryant of Sikeston and Joe Whitaker of Dexter; his stepson Cecil Whitaker of Dexter; his siblings, Danny Jarrett of Bernie, Beverly Phillips of Bernie, Regina Jenkins of Malden and Susan Varvel of Jackson; his father William Charles Jarrett; his son Loyd Allen Jarrett Jr; and his siblings, Steve Jarrett and Debra Kay Allison. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren.
