She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Proffer and Jessie Walker Proffer; and her brothers, Robert Proffer of Godfrey and Jackie Proffer of Garlin. She is survived by: her children, Keith Sherman (Rhonda) of Dexter and Pamela Turpin (Mike) of Holstein; her grandchildren, Kim McCoy, Derek Sherman and Daniel Turpin; and her great grandchildren, Logan McCoy, Preston McCoy and Maddux McCoy.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Stoddard County Children's Home.
