She was predeceased by: her parent William Reed; her son Samuel Wayne Ellsworth; her stepson Terry Montgomery; and her siblings, Wayne Reed, Francis Montgomery, Wanda Wood and Thelma Reed.
She is survived by: her parent Kate Abernathy Reed; her spouses, Sam Ellsworth and Hollas Montgomery of Dexter, MO; her son Terry Ellsworth of Jefferson City, MO; her stepchildren, Sharon Helfrich (Eugene) of Columbia, IL, Joyce Thompson of Summerfield, FL, Sherry Montgomery of Cape Girardeau, MO and Carroll Montgomery (Ethleen) of Dexter; her sister Connie Sue Jones (Howard) of Dexter; her grandchild Michelle Loughary (Justin) of Malden; and her great grandchild Reagan Loughary. She is also survived by 14 step great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
