He is survived by: his wife Arvilla Palmer; his daughters, Deana Sue Palmer and Penny Danette Palmer Haughey; his son-in-law John William Haughey; his grandsons, William Jacob Haughey of Olathe, Kansas and Joshua Palmer Haughey of Olathe, Kansas; and his siblings, Norman Palmer of Franklin, Indiana, Faye Miller of Malden, Neoma Gibson of Shoals and Leona Downs of Franklin, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews.
