He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Kanavel of Front Royal, Virginia; his sisters, Dorotha Brock of Dexter, Charlotte Moore of Dexter, Carol Myers of Dexter and Sharon Downing of Columbia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Shawn Sadler (Leslie) of Front Royal, Cody Kanavel of Front Royal and Kip Kanavel of Front Royal; and his great grandchild Kendyll Kanavel.
