He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe C. Baldwin and Clem Baldwin (Fritchman). He is survived by : his wife Mary P. Stailey of Little Rock; his children, Autumn Burfict of Kansas and Josh Baldwin-Latta of Colorado; his stepdaughters, Marlene Rankin of Oregon and Michele Oostendorp of Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Jack and Carol Wilhelmy of Doniphan. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
