He was predeceased by : his parents, George Winters and Lois Winters (Richards); and his brother-in-law Ted Howell. He is survived by : his wife Jill Winters; his children, Dr. William Pearl (Sarai), Dr. Nathan Pearl (Chandler), Alex Winters (Rozilin) and Shilah Lowrance; his grandchildren, Magdalyn Winters and Trey Lowrance; his sisters, Debbie Howell, Chris Waitt, Brenda Stohr and Sherri Abasolo; his brother-in-law Bret Stohr; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
