He was predeceased by: his father William Herbert; his mother-in-law Paula Fogle Sharp; and his stepfather Ray Drage. He is survived by: his mother Betty Lucille Prather Hitchcock of Edina, Missouri; and his siblings, Dorothy DeBrackeleir (Larry), Eric Harvey of LaBelle, Linda (Scott Walton) and Melvin (Amanda Harvey).
