He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Neal and Irene Bertram Mayfield; and his brother Ronald Lynn Mayfield. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Mayfield of Colony, MO; his children, Kimberly Mayfield and Kwame of Port St; his brother Kenneth Alan Mayfield (Nancy) of Woodlands, TX; his nephew Todd Mayfield (Micah); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sloane and Gage of Kansas City, MO.
