He was predeceased by : his parents, John Junior and Helen Anderson Bowen; and his siblings, Bonnie Robertson and Lanny Bowen. He is survived by : his children, Kellie Moyers (Jeff), Tom Bowen LaBelle (Melissa), John Bowen (Chelby) and Terry Fowler; his stepbrother Carl Raine (Corrine) of LaBelle, MO; his grandchildren, Payton Bowen of Hurdland, MO, Blain Bowen, Mori Moots (LaTonya), Kris Moots, Kelcey DeValle (Derek), Terry Fowler and Rush Alley; and his great grandchildren, Isabella DeValle, Amira Moots and Gibson Moots. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
