He was predeceased by : his father James Richard; and his brother-in-law Roger Applegate. He is survived by : his mother Geraldine Kay Rudicil McMurry, Sr. of Edina, MO; his siblings, Gerald McMurry (Jerry) of Kirksville, MO and Sallie Jo Applegate of Plevna, MO; his nephew Bryson Applegate (Anna) of Novelty, MO; and his niece Ashley Kelly (Evan) of Plevna, MO.
