She was predeceased by : her parents, Marshall J. Boltz and Doris Irene Lindsey Boltz; her daughter Tina Edwards; her siblings, Dennis, Donald Boltz and Velma Wilson; and her niece Julie Anna Fountain.
She is survived by : her husband Ronald House of LaBelle, MO; her daughter Lisa House of Lewistown, MO; her sisters, Betty Whiteaker (Steve) of LaBelle, MO, Judy Fountain (Bill) of Knox City, MO and Alma Wilson (Doug) of Knox City, MO; her brother-in-law Mike Wilson (Linda) of Knox City, MO; her grandchildren, Christopher Edwards, Rebecca Bryant, Ambereana Hawkins and Larissa Goodwin; her great grandchildren, Karter Hawkins, Krislynn Hawkins, Kemily Newman, Tina Bryant, Teagan Bryant and Alexander Edwards; and her son-in-law Kenny Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
