He was predeceased by: his parent Glen W. Spraggins; his brother Albert A. Burgess; and his stepfather Albert G. Burgess. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Dolly" Jane Spraggins Ricketts (Sprague) of Eldridge, Missouri; his children, Lawrence Daniel Spraggins of Eldridge, Missouri, Ashley Spraggins of Burlington and Elizabeth Spraggins of Eldridge, Missouri; his brother Morris Ricketts of Eldridge, Missouri; his stepdaughter Renae Easton; his granddaughter April Stevens Mason of Keokuk; his godsons, Tagen and Nathan Earls; his close friend Ray Kelley; and his friend James Mason. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
