Swyres of Ellington, Missouri, born in Monette, Arkansas, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Bill J Swyres and Elda Jane "Sally" Wells Swyres; his daughter-in-law Frieda Lynn Swyres; and his brother Rocky Swyres. He is survived by: his former wife Juanita "Mae" Hill; his wife Shirley Haywood Justice; his children, Laurie Martin (David), Wayne Swyres (Betsy) and David Swyres (Abby); his brother Tom Swyres (Diane); and his sister-in-law Jan Merritt. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Reynolds County Museum, the Ellington Nutrition Center, the Methodist Church or Polk Cemetery.
