He is survived by: his wife Lorene; his children, Jerry Skaggs of Poplar Bluff, Russell Skaggs of Ellington, Missouri, Barbara Ann Smith (Carl) of Poplar Bluff, Glenda George (Jim) of Old Hickory and Roberta Copeland (Robert) of Ellington, Missouri; and his sister Verna Collins of Annapolis, Missouri. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
