He is survived by : his wife Michelle Francis; his children, James Francis, Jeanine Blake, Kimberly Smith and Denise Binns; and his siblings, Wanda Jean Montano, Betty Elaine Brooks, Darlene Becker, Roy Francis and Charles Albert Francis.
