He is survived by: his son Michael Dean Knox; his daughter-in-law Kristin Bishop Knox; his grandson Maverick Dean Knox of Gladstone, Missouri; and his siblings, Carolyn Jolene Creason of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Paul Anthony Wanger of Prathersville, Missouri..
