He is survived by: his mother Crystal Underwood; his adoptive father George Summers; his daughter Brylee Joyce Heathman; his uncle George Summers; his siblings, Joslynn Pennington, Chandler Allen, Emily Allen, Kyle Teegarden (Brianna), Michael Teegarden, Camden Summers (Erica), Nick Summers (Amber), Adam Summers (Felisha) and McCaidy Summers (Leroy); his grandparents, Edwin and Leonda Heathman; his great-grandparents, Lillian Underwood, Rayden Reichling and Mary Fulkerson; and his aunts and uncles, Josh Underwood, Aaron Heathman (Miranda), Jeffery Heathman, Eric Heathman, Samantha Siems, Channing Cole, Alyssa Meredith and Barb Carter (Boo). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
