We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2018, at the age of 82, Charles David Swearingin (Excelsior Springs, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenn Swearingin, Carol Swearingin of Excelsior Springs, MO, Earl Swearingin, Cheryl Swearingin of Lawson, MO and Betty Barton of Excelsior Springs.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Swearingin; his children, Kathryn Wachter of Excelsior Springs and Charles Jr.; his grandchildren, Brooke Granger of Harrison, AR and Christopher Swearingin of Troy, MO; his sister-in-law Wanda Kennedy of Mosby, MO.; and also, Marcy Swearingin Jr., Sterling Granger of Harrison, AR and Dean Barton of Excelsior Springs.

Donations in memory of Charles may be made to American Heart Association.
