He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernetta Bedford (Sproull) and James Bedford; his wife Mary Harris; and his siblings, Leland, Roy, Thompson, Lloyd, Everett, George, Archie, Mata Langdon, Minnie Smith and Lelah Randall.
He is survived by: his former wife Verna Bergsieker; his children, David Bedford (Denise) and Debi Still (Phillip) of Excelsior Springs; his grandchildren, Damon Still, April Ross (Jake), Brandee Soria (Jimmy Teat), Brennan Bedford (Shannon) and Brett Bedford; and his close friend Ellie. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
