He was predeceased by: his father John Allen Lee; and his nephew John Allen Lee. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Lee (Long); his wife Cindy Renfrow; and his brother David Joe Lee (Sheila). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and even three great-great nieces and nephews.
