He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Haman Durham and Doris Durham (Shrable); his wife Carolyn "Carol" Jenkins; his daughter Traci Durham-Allen; his son-in-law Joshua Allen; his grandson Jayvon Holloway-Allen of Poplar Bluff; his sisters, Melinda Carpenter (Roger Carpenter) of Lawson and Cynthia Posey (Richard Posey) of Gravois Mills; and his granddaughter Harper Blakey Allen. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care, or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
