We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 92, Dorothy Louise Backues of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, born in Richmond, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Littleton and Irene Littleton (Davidson); her son Micheal Clancy; and her brother Frank Littleton. She is survived by: her husband Melvin C. Backues of Richmond; her daughters, Janice Elaine Shore of Branson and Kathryn Ann Keel of Excelsior Springs; her brother Larry Littleton; her daughter-in-law Tamey Kay Clancy of Florida; and her sisters, Marjorie Lana, Sheila Howard and Marvis Atkins. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Salem Christian Union Church.
