He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Rosalynd Montgomery (Booth); and his sister Christina Dee Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Montgomery (Johnson); his sons, Kyle Montgomery, Craig Montgomery (Kathleen) and Chad Montgomery; his sister Jill Bridges (Tom); his grandchildren, Haylee, Micah, Abigail and Jameson; and his friend Rod Helm. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for Douglas's medical bills.
