She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard McDaniel and Frances McDaniel (McKinney); her spouse Waite Lee Tarepin; her daughter Beverly Tarepin; and her siblings, Rollie Dee, Wilbur McDaniel and Shirley Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Tarepin Sr. of Winston, Cheryl Graham of Richmond and Carol Huffman of Lawson; and her siblings, Dean, Earl McDaniel, Mary Ann Miller and Joyce Marrant. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, a multitude of great and great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
