He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Foster and Ocie Foster; his brothers, Leslie Foster and Billy Wayne Foster; and his granddaughter Sara Foster.
He is survived by: his former wife Sharon L. Gabbert; his wife Sharon Foster; his children, Larry Foster (Lisa) and Shari Galey (Leo); his grandchildren, Laura Liber (Doug), Leo Galey IV (Mary), Kevin Foster (Lauren Rouse), Amy Galey (Lora Westling) and Rachel Foster; and his great grandchildren, Leo Galey V, Hudson Jack Liber and Miles Allen Galey.
