England Ford; his son Steve Maidment of Kearney, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kyle (Katie), Tyler and Trent Maidment; his great grandchildren, Carson and Brady; his stepsons, Sharr Ford, Sr. (Elizabeth) of Springfield, Missouri and Clark D. Ford of Springfield, Missouri; his stepgrandchildren, Tomi Weber (Pete) of Council Bluffs and Candy Perry of Harlan, Iowa; and his stepbrothers, Gary Stewart (Joyce) of Excelsior Springs and William Stewart (Linda) of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
