James Ivan Phipps Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ivan Phipps (Excelsior Springs, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Norma; and his sons, Steve (Terrie), Stan (Linda) and Kevin (Debbie Phipps). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and their spouses, and 11 great grandchildren.
