It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jayne Adela (Howell) Palmer of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on September 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Rowland Howell and Rhoda Marie Howell (Ruff); and her siblings, Robert Wendell Howell, Joe Eldon Howell and Eleanor May McMinimy (Howell).
She is survived by: her children, Becky Thomas (Gary) of Excelsior Springs, Jolene Palmer of Excelsior Springs, Holly Palmer of Excelsior Springs, Cindy Riley (Tim) of Owensboro and Rod Palmer (Janice) of Kansas City; and her grandchildren, Katrina Starks, Cassandra Riley, Tammy Jones, Trevor Palmer, Kerry Riley and Amber Riley. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
